The owners of La Verdosa have long loved vines and wine, and they have participated in winemaking ventures in several regions in Spain.

In 1998, they decided to embark on their own personal winemaking project on the La Verdosa estate, located in Santa Cruz del Retamar, Toledo, in central Spain.
