La Verdosa Vineyard is located on the north-east of Toledo. A 26 hectare plot on the south-western end of the estate was selected; at 470-510 metres above sea level, it has the most suitable climate, and very deep, well-drained, sandy soil with a relatively low pH, all of which are quite unusual for Castilla-La Mancha. The climate is continental-Mediterranean with an annual everage temperature of 26ºC.

A rigorous selection of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot vines were planted in 1999 on a site bordered and dotted with autochthonous holm oaks, all of which were carefully preserved.
